In The Mood For Love by Wong Kar Wai (2000) *Hong Kong

This scene speaks for itself in bringing out Wong Kar Wai's awesome choice of soundtrack infusing with awesome mise-en-scene, spot-on casting of lead actors & actress and Doyle's great cinematography to produce one of the most classic Wong Kar Wai scenes that often leave people talking incessantly with praise.

The violin's melancholic sound further enhances the feel of the film. Wong often tells his story through visual nuances and only the observant can truly appreciate his work of art.
